OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, July 20, 2020 — CFS Brands announced today it has completed the acquisition of Jofel Industrial, S.A, a multi-national company dedicated to the production, selling, and distribution of systems and equipment for professional hygiene and cleaning. Founded in 1986, Jofel is headquarted in Alicante, Spain and has additional manufacturing operations located in Puebla, Mexico. Their extensive product offering in dispensers for towel, tissue, soap, and air freshner along with other products used in the washroom, combined with their high levels of service and reputation for innovation have enabled Jofel to become the market leader in both Spain and Mexico.
